How Much Wine Per Person?
A standard 750 ml bottle pours about five 5-ounce glasses. Most guests drink about one glass per hour, so plan on roughly half a bottle per guest for a three-hour party. Buy a little extra: unopened bottles keep, and running out is worse than leftovers.
